Residency Requirement

Accounts on EggsNearby.com are intended for users residing in the USA only. By creating an account, you confirm that you reside in the USA. We may request verification of your residency at any time. If you are unable to provide this information, your account will be terminated immediately.

Subscription Restrictions

If you do not live in the USA, please do not purchase a subscription. Any subscriptions purchased by non-residents will be considered invalid, and the account will be subject to termination.

Commission Earnings and IRS Reporting

If you generate $500 or more per year in commissions, you will be required to provide additional information for IRS reporting purposes. Failure to provide this information will result in your commissions being withheld for 180 days. If the required IRS information is not provided within this period, the withheld commissions will be canceled.

Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate any account that does not comply with the residency requirement or fails to provide necessary information for IRS reporting when applicable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any moment. It is the user’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
